DO NOT STAY HERE. The Princeville Resort is a shadow of what it used to be when it was a St Regis. Yes the views are amazing but the 1 Hotels group is letting it decay while they plan their big renovation. There is peeling paint and mold everywhere. The hotel is severely understaffed and not service oriented. Guests from neighboring hotels use the pool and beach chairs. The whole place feels like a sad eerie ghost town.
