This Hotel use to be great Until HEI Hotels and Resorts took over it!!! They always run out of needed items, it takes forever to get room service, and the employees look like they are faking all the time. No one is really happy there. Will not come back and will tell all my friends. Always check who is managing the Hotel, because this place suck ass now
