We wanted to spend our honeymoon in what we thought would be a nice resort. Oh boy we were wrong. Got disturbed in the middle of the night with a key door check, the TV was not working and when we complained the channels were not changing (they finally came back again and fixed it), the night we had to wait 50 min for a salad at the tiki bar that we never received and was told that I was not going to get charged for that the manager would void the receipt (she even wrote VOID on it) since I never saw the freaking salad after even 1h waiting! Guess what, I have the $27 charge in my credit card that was not refunded... Anyway, so many things went wrong and all I can say is that THEY ARE NOT READY FOR HIGH SEASON AT ALL! It was Thanksgiving weekend believe me when I say they do not have the staff to handle the demand in the hotel.
The resort has very nice facilities but the service was so bad it just ruined everything.
We will not come back.
