These guys at Kia Lawrence, namely Ken and Kevin, did a great job of accomidating my stubbornness and working with me to meet the numbers I was after. They were quick to please, answered silly questions without seeming pandering, and open and playful with their negotiation strategy and feasible limits. I left feeling good about the process, and like I got a good deal. Once or twice I had to pay some serious hard ball, but their brand of 'high pressure salesmanship' is pretty tolerable, in an otherwise ruthless and unpleasant process.
