Called today with HEMA asking what types of pastries are lactose-free, after the answer: "a blueberry cake and an apple crumble cake" decided to do one of both. As it turns out, the blueberries were not lactose-free and the lady randomly mentioned some of the pastry types, despite the fact that I asked up to 4 times if it was really lactose-free. The cakes themselves were tasty but this incident was disappointing.
