The payment system does not work! It's really a mess, I can't understand how CAIXA BANK uses this payment system. I have been trying to pay the University tuition with my card for two days and there is no way. CAIXA BANK also leaves much to be desired, because it cannot solve this, its employees do not know how the system works.
