Disgraceful! The building may look architecturally...

Disgraceful! The building may look architecturally nice from the outside, but that s where it all ends. Security are rude, inconsistent and aggressive!! To enter any area requires walking through a maze of entries or attempting to find the hidden elevators. The rules of entry including no bottled water is appalling and then charging extortionist prices inside. The management and staff of the ICC should remember why they are there and that is to provide exceptional customer service. They should do everything to manage customers expectations. To go to an event there costs significant $$ and customers should be treated accordingly. I will never attend an event at the ICC ever again and hope many others follow my lead. I m certainly telling everyone I know to stay far away.
