So disappointed with this location. The first time...

So disappointed with this location. The first time I dropped my kids off in the child watch area, no one greeted me or my kids. When I picked them up no one checked mine or my kids sticker that confirmed they were mine, which is extremely unsettling to think anyone could walk out with my kids when they are supposed to be in a safe environment. I asked the caregivers in both areas and no one was able to give me an answer on what the policy s were. The second time I dropped them off, same thing, so I went to the front and asked to speak to someone in charge. They were friendly and told me someone should be checking in with me when I drop off and pick up. However, I don t feel comfortable anymore with my kids being in the child watch area because the care just isn t consistent.

The pool is amazing...when there are actually enough lifeguards on duty for people to use it. Twice now my family and I have shown up 15 mins prior to open swim times and they ve had to stop giving out swim cards because they didn t have enough life guards. I m glad they are consistent with that aspect of their program, but it s extremely frustrating and a waste of my time and money.
