Even though my initial visit was not a good experience, the finance manager Mike Hungaski reached out the following day and he went above and beyond to get me in my new Infiniti QX80 with a great price and the payment just below what I wanted. I appreciate his level of professionalism and commitment to turn a negative situation into a positive experience. If you have a problem, reach out to upper management and let them help you out. Our sales rep Robert Patterson has a great attitude and helped as much as he could but Mike really came through and we are very happy with our purchase!
