Their calling staff really needs to learn how to talk to someone... had to ask for a supervisor just so they could tell me who s calling me. I asked the first woman who was calling she said hfcann I didn t know what that was so I asked what is hfcann? She said that s private information so I asked for a supervisor and waited 10 minutes just for her to tel me they were a finance company and my number was listed as a secondary number. I thought training videos in the work place were just jokes but this place desperately needs them!
