Went for the set menu (dinner) with wine pairing at Una. The area is somewhat reclusive, but glad to have chance upon this precious jem. First time here and the food was superb. Personal favourite was the Grilled Carabinero Prawn with Jean Lenon 3055 Merlot. Sommelier patiently shared tidbits of not just the wines we had, but also stories abt the winemaker. That was an interesting interlude which enhanced the overall experience. Many thanks to the wonderful service crew!
