Why have they made us spend the best bridge of our lives celebrating a very special 50th birthday of my sister.
A thousand thanks to these super professionals of the cafeteria and piano bar, you are incredible.
Spectacular reception and a 10 in efficiency in meeting customer needs.

Room service very hardworking and helping clients in any way possible, thank you from the heart.

In the dining room, the waiters, cooks and laborers aside from the effort of cooking, very well controlling the covid-19 100%. Thank you, continue like this.
The cleanliness of the hotel and pool, etc ... better than a 5 star.
My only fault is the deputy director of the hotel who did not live up to the dinner on Sunday 10/11/2020 with numerous lack of quality, variety and service in the buffet.
Food was lacking, staff everywhere.
He behaved like a newbie to customer complaints blaming COVID and unhappy customers for his lack of solutions to problems like this.
As deputy director in management I cannot comment, but as a canteen manager or whatever a Zero patatero would like to be doing.
And there is no more blind than the one who does not want to see.
But I do not want them to stay with the latter I recommend it and I will return more times
