I was frustrated about the recent cell charges increase in AT&T. Their customer service is awful and so much irritating. I found in some forum about the reputation of BBB and i was interested. I complained against them and i received the response within very short period of time. To my surprise, they resolved the case within a week.
I recommend you to take some time to afford BBB service if you face any difficulty in resolving some dispute/complain regarding business/practices (as per guideline by BBB) .
