The buying experience was great, Clever was very responsive to my questions. I purchased a Frog 62 and was quite surprised to find that there were no assembly instructions included nor any videos online. Frog does provide a very general guide through a web hyperlink but according to them instructions/videos were halted due to the pandemic. The bike is a quality product, my son loves it, but the lack of instructions does take away from the experience and I wish Clever could've posted a disclaimer about it.
