The online policy purchase option is great and sales consultants are helpful, but we found the service when we actually needed to use the policy was less prompt, and the one claim that we've made was denied with inadequate explanation. Unfortunately the claim denial was received one day after we left the US, so it became more trouble than it was worth to try and appeal. I've just bought it again and will give it another shot, will see. (The drug discount card did work, luckily, which was worth it!)
