Using managed services has been a time and stress saver for me! It allows me, as entrepreneur, to focus on our customers and product development. My account manager, Michelle, takes care of managing the writers for me AND publishing our content! When I need new content, Michelle immediately finds the right writer to do the job. If I had to do that myself... it would be hours of me searching, then probably working with someone that doesn't quite fit and then being frustrated and just doing it myself. HUGE time and money saver! Plus, Michelle knows our business... she knows who we serve and why and how we help them! She uses that info to guide the writers for me! Lastly, Michelle gives me ideas based on what others are doing in different industries. Helps greatly. We love Writer Access!
