I will start by saying Eric Osborne seems like a straight up salesman with good intentions, but I was left with a poor taste in my mouth when my clutch went out after only 1k miles. I purchased a 2015 Dodge Dart with only 14k miles, there is no reason that a non-performance vehicle clutch should burn out that quickly, only 4 weeks after purchasing it. I had the service team look at it and their best offer 6 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE VEHICLE was $2,200 dollars to fix a clutch that I DID NOT burn out. This was supposedly after a 15 percent "discount." I am extremely disappointed to have given them my business and to be treated like dirt so shortly after.
