1. Front desk a woman named " Jasmine" very arrogant, I was recommended by a friend , they said their fee is 1100 and I have to pay 5xx up front which is fine. I'm a buyer . The seller's attorney sent out contract to them and this attorney didn't let me know about it couple weeks . i kept calling them and trying to ask if they have my contract yet.? I call the office asked about my case, other office worker said " Jasmine is the one follow up your case and i don't know your case." second time call." jasmine is busy on phone with other person , what is your name i tell her to call to back.. " never call back. 3 time call" Jasmine is out for lunch can you call back?," 4. Jasmine is day off today. 5 " I don't want jasmine to handle my case she is not attorney, she is just a front desk come on , "NO she is the one working on your case." $1100 attorney fee for this quality of service is really bad , and my love house is gone.
