My Girlfriend brought my truck in for it's schedul...

My Girlfriend brought my truck in for it's scheduled 11:30 appointment. When she arrived she was told that the service would be 2 hours. She went to get something to eat and came back 2 hours later and was then told it will be 4 hours because they didn't mention the total time to remove and replace and put back together. A service advisor should quote the correct estimated amount of hours. This extra two hours caused her to be late for another appointment. I will not be taking my truck to gateway again. I will use another Chevrolet dealer.
