My family has been visiting Dr. Heeney's practice for nearly a decade, and for good reason. She and her staff are not solely professional, but also very friendly; she was kind enough to let an appointment that should've been twenty or so minutes run much longer, listening to my grandmother's concerns, making small talk, and reassuring her so completely that my grandmother's no longer worried about her eyes at all, despite having encountered some unpleasant issues over the course of the last few months. Her staff members were also friendly and helpful, going as far as helping my grandmother out the door. And I bought a great new pair of frames!
