My girlfriend and I walked into Luisa Graff Jewelers to look at engagement and wedding rings and walked out with the rings of her dreams! Carolyn and Caitlin were phenomenal right from the start, getting to know both of us, our stories, our budget, and my girlfriend's preferences as we went through the entire store. They spent over 4 hours with us, educating us on diamonds, helping us find rings that might match my girlfriend's tastes, and even helping us make a final decision between two wedding bands my girlfriend was stuck between. The sales environment was incredibly low-pressure, never once did they push us towards a more expensive item just because it cost more (in fact, the wedding band they helped us choose was the cheaper of the two options!) They continually reminded us that the most important aspect of the selection was how it looked on my girlfriend's finger. The process of going through rings, having a ring "battle royale" (my term) to select one, picking the diamond, and then picking the wedding band to get to the perfect set was so much fun and a memory we'll never forget. Thank you so much to Carolyn and Caitlin for making an initially daunting decision into a fun and very memorable experience!
