Just had the BEST customer service experience!!!!! Talked to Jack on phone...if I could give him 10 stars...I would!!
I was helping my 88 year old dad with a purchase after his beloved digital watch from this company went dark.
Jack was SUPER patient, understanding and efficient in presenting options. THANKS Jack....you are awesome! You made a difference today!!! Keep the great work!
