I paid for the product and waited ~ 10 days for it...

I paid for the product and waited ~ 10 days for it to be delivered to me. . I found out that it is not in stock, after I sent 2 emails and I waited 30 minutes on the phone to talk to someone. I communicate by phone that I want to cancel the order, after which I send an email to be sure. After 1 day I receive an email with a question if I want the product in another color because they do not have in stock ... Maximum "seriousness"
