Took me 2.5 hours to place an order on their website. The next day, they called to let me know that the shop I ordered from cannot do they delivery but they will organize delivery through another sweet shop. I agreed and the next thing I see is an email that they wont be fulfilling the order due to shortage of staff during festive season. Why waste a consumer's time like this? They could have (1) Disabled the delivery options on the website, (2) change the cutoff order time during festive season (3) figured out of the second place could actual deliver in the first place instead of committing and cancelling with customer. Their user interface is terrible that I had to spend two hours trying to order and then have my order cancelled one day before delivery. I would only warn customers to steer clear from this unorganized service.
