Not a 1 for sure - way below 0. So sorry that I ever got involved with this company! Take my word for it. Stay far away! They are evil! They hook you and then take everything away from you. Leased equipment through them for my small business. They tripled what the equipment was worth with all their fees and interests. They called me constantly if I was one day late with my extremely high monthly payment and rudely nagged me screaming at me on the phone. Arlene and Christa would scream and argue with me and my fiance on the phone constantly. Jim Hennessey actually was the worst! He treated me like dirt screaming and so rude to me and had no remorse at all that he was treating a lady like that! They are mean and don't care if they hurt people! Finally got to a point where I made an extremely high payoff, which put me in unbelievable debt that I will be paying for the next 5 years. I don't see how these people can sleep at night the way they treat people. I went to a lawyer and he said there was nothing I could do. This company needs to be shut down because every person that uses them ends up getting ruined! They ruined my life!!!!!!!!!! The owner of this company must have no conscious at all the way he is putting people in debt and ruining their lives! He is probably smirking and living it up on my money that I saved for my retirement!
