The doctors are great but the scheduling staff are extremely rude. I called to schedule for an issue I had previously been seen for with the same doctor I had before that told me if the problem came back not to hesitate to call and make another appointment to come in. When I did I was told he was booked several weeks out which was ok because I wasn't going to be in Lexington for a few weeks anyway but then I ask about a date and was told I should just find a local eye doctor to take care of the issue or someone else totally different. She wouldn't even give me an appointment at all. I was referred down to this doctor by my local eye doctor because he did not know how to treat the issues I was having. Some people are so rude and they really need to find a different line of work.
