I have used both the Pro and the Smart Move. They were both thorough and accurate. I liked getting the prospective tenant's credit score with Smart Move, but I LOVE the other perks of the Pro Package. I did upgrade my Pro for credit screening, but it gives you a pass/fail grade as opposed to an exact credit score. I didn't mind. The Rentprep team contacted the past landlord and employer. I even had quite a few emails sent back and forth between a screener to see if they could acquire more information for me and answer some questions I had about the report. They accommodated my requests, answered my questions, and the completed report was delivered to me in less than 2 business days with portions of the report having been delivered within hours! I will definitely use them again.
