I recently had the pleasure of working with Jo and Richard Smith of the Property Smiths and have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Having just relocated from Phoenix, Arizona, I didn t know the area at all. Jo and Richard were very knowledgeable about Raleigh and far beyond; and what they didn t know they immediately found out.
