Trevor was awesome. Extremely congenial and honest. As a women, I appreciate it when I am not talked down to just because it can assumed that I don't know much about auto mechanics - and I don't. I never feel this way dealing with employees here. And they're great about calling me to remind me that I need to come in, etc.
