I wanted to like Fineco and their platform but sad...

I wanted to like Fineco and their platform but sadly, not only was it like pulling teeth to get the information that you needed, when you got the information it was not that brilliant. Not for the serious trader but maybe OK for the someone who does a few trades a year. I found the cutomer care to be very, very, very slooooowwwww. Wake up Fineco.
