After posting a less than favorable review of the Camping World - Asheville store last week, I received an email from Samantha Kazsmer and I explained the issues we were having. She immediately got to work and in 4 days, we had the part we needed. We are so grateful for her and the stellar service she provided. This shows that Camping World is trying to address the issues and hopefully soon customer confidence and satisfaction will be restored.
