Incompetent, confused and at time border line rude...

Incompetent, confused and at time border line rude staff. First time i had experience I brushed it off as one of those days, but now after a second time i am sure in what I said in first sentence. Feels like they are to serve Japanese students who want to cash out to study in Canada while we as Canadians are treated as cattle. This needs to change.
