Disappointed after trusting in the Mercedes Benz CPO program. After being led to believe I was investing in a highly certified vehicle and being convinced to purchase the extended warranty plan for thousands of dollars for extra benefits and protection "bumper to bumper", now when some parts show faulty manufacturing, all claims have been denied. Sad. Time to move on from Mercedes Benz.
