Terrible experience. Told one hour wait for oil change and upon arrival, informed it would be three hours. Didn t have flexibility to wait that long. Kindly told to make another appointment and would receive $10 off. At second appointment, no record of $10 off and incorrect oil used (regular / not synthetic) wanting synthetic to have less # times oil needs to be changed - less waiting whole goal! Charged full price, for incorrect oil, and one needless trip at the expense of my time. Love Honda! Element excellent. Ready to buy a new Honda. Can t imagine buying from this dealership where they treat people like you are a #. Buyer beware at Crown Honda @ Southpoint
