We were in St. Louis for 24 hours and we're so glad we went to the arch. The museum is free and very well done. The documentary film went into detail about the construction of the arch. The line for the tram ride to the top was rather long, despite have timed tickets. It was worth it, though. Even the food at the cafe was far better than expected. Highly recommend going here. Great family outing.
