Very poor customer service. When given a refund they did not even give the full price back. Poor call centre staff who are out of their depth dealing with customer complaints. Sad to see you refuse to stock popular products at duty free. Products were no better than Superdrug Sorry but very disappointed. You could have easily turned the situation around but you have no skilled management to deal with the bread and butter of your business
