I went to Cloud 9 to perform a service, while I was there, I asked about their mattresses. They spent a lot of time with me, listening to me and about an hour and a half of trying out different ones I decided to purchase a Sterns and Foster mattress. The only problem was It wouldn't fit in my box truck and I lived about and hour and a half away. It just so happened that Justin was headed my way on Friday (2 days later) and he volunteered to deliver it to me. I was floored. That was Awesome customer service. I have slept on the new bed twice and it is so nice. Thanks guys!!
