Worst trucking company! Treat their employees badly! Constant turnovers! Unprofessinal...decietful..dispatching support is unbelievably in chaotic disaray...so much lack communication...they lie to all their employees everyday...& most of all, they demand their drivers to break the law by driving through their mandatory 10 hour breaks with no regard to fines & penalties that are imposed apon the driver. Such as possible revocation of operators license / CDL for life! Dispatcher Bradley breaks the law by tapping into drivers personal cell phones for the purpose of tracking where driver is going on the job & during personal time as well. Also plays games with drivers by messing up loading & drop off times & places & shuts phone off while on the clock working when a driver runs into an issue whether it be equipment issues or customer issues, refusing to help driver workout the solution. Screams at drivers, makes fun of drivers very unprofessional like calling them childish statements like being very stupid & accusing them of lying and deception to cover his own misdoings. Also hangs up the phone on drivers when confronted by a driver for his behavior. They make their drivers dead head alot between loads in which they only pay by loads picked up & delivered & they make the driver pay for mandatory wash outs of the trailers. Bottom line if your looking for a good trucking company to work for or use as a shipping service for your reefer needs...absolutely do not make the mistake of contracting with this company!
