My PCN was eventually cancelled after I sent them ...

My PCN was eventually cancelled after I sent them numerous letters and made countless phone calls. However, their customer service has extremely poor communication. Firstly they never pick up the phone and it always goes to voicemail. I must have left half a dozen messages over several weeks asking them to get back to me, but no one did. They did not even respond to the letters that I was sending them via Special Delivery. Like I said, they have now cancelled my PCN, but being disabled myself with numerous underlying health conditions that also affect my mental health, their lack of communication, for an issue that should never have happened in the first place, caused my a lot of stress and worry.
