Beware. This is the shop in Miami, FL. They took a huge amount of my daughter's money with promises to assist in completing certification then refused to answer the phone to schedule anything for three months straight. They keep telling her the owner is working in the Bahamas and cannot call back. So basically they have our money and gave us nothing at all. We want the records of what was completed and a refund so we can go elsewhere. But they won't respond. They just keep taking local messages and delaying, delaying. How can anybody be so busy as to take ~$500 from someone and then ignore them ... that is, unless it's intentional? Any company that engages in this behavior has to be cutting corners everywhere which is not what you want in a dive shop.
