Mike was very professional and spoke in a language that both myself and my partner understood. Mike explained all of his findings from minor things to a possible structural issue with a house we were looking to purchase. From first contact with the company via text (Katie) to Mike coming over to do the inspection, it was an extremely professional service. I highly recommend Cottage to Castle home inspection. They didn t attempt to scare us with their findings (as I ve experience with other companies in the last). Mike was factual and very knowledgeable.
