I dealt with Jimmy. After taking my '05 Toyota Corolla to the Toyota dealership to check-up on my brakes, I received an outrageous price. I'm no car expert, but I know when I'm being ripped off. I looked up other service shops and saw that Danbury AutoWerks had great reviews, so called them up. He gave me a quote over the phone, which I thought was great considering that most other places would ask to see the car (and probably charge for that, too). Nonetheless, he definitely beat the dealer's price by $600. That's $600 I could certainly use! Further, while fixing up my car, Jimmy and his crew discovered additional issues and also correctly diagnosed some other issues with the car ... without charging an additional diagnostic fee. I appreciate that he offers a good price and even better service, which was pretty fast, too, I thought. I'm hoping not to have major issues with my car(s) again, but if I do, I know who I'll call up. Thanks, folks.
