Dr. Robert Hale D.M.D. and his assistant Leigh Ann walked and talked me through the entire process before and during the procedure. My comfort was of primary importance! I was told what would happen and what I could expect as a result and they were spot on! Dani in the front office made scheduling a breeze and she contacted my insurance provider so I would know going in what my expenses would be...again, on target!
