Wednesday about 9:pm ordered kobi burger steak,served on garlic mashed potatoes. Rare, it's a perfect blend and stayed perfect till the 4th or 5th bite, then it went cold.the plate heald no heat, the mashed potatoes came Luke warm with the meat on top. The great onion/mushroom gravy was turning to a jelly solid, at the 5th bite mark. So I had it boxed and will reheat it at home. Oh 1 other thing I was seated at the food counter for my meal, and the bus and line cook staff, 3 to 5 guys at a time plunked down next to me with there food and drinks, clattering away high pitched laughing cussing away in spanish. I know Spanish btw. Is it now the norm for staff to take meal and visit next to the paying customer? The times they are a changing. $30 DINNERS don't buy us a relaxing 30 min meal it seems at Ellis either, much less hot.
