What can I say about Louvre? If you go to Paris, this place should be on your must-see list. exceptionally amazing. There are lots of entrance to reach the museum itself. they are all convenient if your want to reach the place with metro or other kind of public transportation.There are two options for you. If you have the skip-the-line ticket you can reach the museum easily and you don't need to waste your time spending usually about an hour in the queue, that is uncomfortable for lots of us. but if you don't, after entrance to the museum hall itself (after the queue and security check) there is a big ticket office with lots of automated machines that you can buy your tickets. After that there is check for you ticket and you are inside the hall of wonder. I totally recommend you to get the map before the ticket check (the place is near the ticket office and its quite noticeable).
To sum-up there are some hints for you to have more pleasant time:
1. to have skip the line ticket
2. Bring water and maybe a snack
3. Be there as soon as you can
4. Ask for help from the guides to save your time
