I went to buy an item for 25.99 on the site (available in 1h withdrawal). Arriving in store the price of the item is 34.99 . Checkout, impossible to apply the tariff seen on the internet. I am told that I will apply the same price as if I adhere to the Fnac card. Of course, I refuse because it was a non-member rate. I am told at that moment to order it from the site and then get it back in 1h withdrawal ... will explain the interest of ordering it on the site to take it in the next hour at the store while I am already on the spot ... disappointed with the Fnac.
