My experience was quite unsuccessful. I ordered Christmas lights on December 8, expecting to receive them the next week (shipping is 2-7 business days). On December 9 I received e-mail, saying that the order has been shipped. In reality it was shipped only on December 14, with the delivery date of December 22, when it was already not much sense to receive Christmas lights.
There is nobody in the Customer Service answering the phone (after waiting for 15 minutes the system switches to an answering machine; I tried 4 times), and nobody calls back when a message is left on the answering machine. When I sent a message via Christmas Central web site, I received a reply in 5 days. This makes communication with Christmas Central practically impossible.
