I have never had any bad experience with Tech21, I have been ordering their cases and screen protectors since for the past 3 phones I've had. My last one I had an issue with the screen protector after about 8 months and their lifetime warranty was true to form, replaced for free.
My most recent order was on the 20th December for my new S9, both items arrived on the 22nd with no issues whatsoever.
Really happy with their products as I am super clumsy and constantly dropping my phone.
The only downfall is that I didn't receive an update on my order until it was with the courier but other than that, perfect service and I have received nothing less in the 6 or so years I've been buying from them.
