Andy Gilcrest from the Equity Company has been instrumental in orchestrating the sale of our investment property in the context of challenging times (Covid). For many years, Andy and his team have been our property management company and our go to real estate broker. We had a difficult tenant situation and being a skillful negotiator, he was able persuade the tenant to move without going through an eviction proces, minimal time null damages, find multiple buyers and offers within one showing, and getting the property in pristine tip-too condition for the new buyers to move in on time.
