For the last 5 months I have been taking my Buick Enclave for service at the Lincolnwood location for the same problem. They have yet to resolve the issue after spending a lot of time and draining my pocket and constantly using my warranty. I feel the technicians are not very knowledgeable about diagnosing the car, and make guesses about the true issue, which results in wasted money. I am very disappointed in the service. I really liked Buick, but this situation has made me consider purchasing a different brand for my next car.
